Ryan Paskin has served as a member of the MercedCERA Board of Retirement since 2014.
Paskin also serves the community of Merced as the fire captain with the City of Merced Fire Department, a position he has held for 15 years.
Paskin graduated summa cum laude from University of California, Merced, with a bachelor of arts in economics and management.
When they are not actively serving Merced County, he enjoys woodworking and spending time outdoors with family.
